Are you challenged by the realities of being a novice teacher at a primary school?

PSP’s Mentorship Project (MP) is a two-year mentorship, coaching and support project that fast-tracks novice teachers’ adjustment to the school and teaching environments, so that they are well-prepared to teach, more confident, knowledgeable and better-equipped.
