The Trustees and staff of the PSP are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Director, Zorina Dharsey, as from January 2012.

Zorina has been a leading PSP Mathematics and Natural Sciences Facilitator for the past four years. She brings a wealth of teaching experience in primary education (Intermediate and Senior Phases).

During her years of teaching, Zorina furthered her studies through UNISA, obtaining her BA and B Ed Hons Degrees. Today she holds a Masters Degree in Curriculum Studies from Stellenbosch University, achieved with Cum Laude in 2007 (focus: “Research in Natural Sciences and Science Teaching”).

Zorina is about to submit her PhD in Teacher Development at the University of Stellenbosch.

A warm and hearty Thank You goes to Mascha Ainslie, our wonderful Manager and Director of 18 years, who will continue to support the PSP in her role as Trustee as well as act as Consultant to the PSP in future.

We welcome Zorina as the new Director of the PSP and wish her every possible success!
