Zorina Dharsey is a seasoned teacher, having taught at Fairview Primary in Grassy Park for more than twenty years. She believes that these years represent an exciting, ‘fun-filled, action-packed’ journey, full with many incredible moments and unforgettable people.

While her main interest is Natural Sciences and Mathematics, she thoroughly enjoys teaching Social Sciences and Technology as well. She has also tried her hand at teaching other subjects such as Needlework and Sexuality Education!!

Zorina’s great love is education and she has studied various aspects of the field at numerous institutions. Her favourite remains Stellenbosch University where she completed a Masters’ Degree cum laude and is currently completing her PhD in Teacher Development.

Having been part of the PSP as leading Mathematics and Natural Sciences Facilitator since 2007, Zorina has taken on the exiting role of Director of the PSP as from January 2012.
