Novosti obtained his Honours degree in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Fort Hare in 2009, completed Quality Control and Assurance courses at CPUT in 2011.

He first became a Teacher in 2010 when he worked as a Teach South Africa Ambassador at Bulumko Secondary in Khayelitsha, where he taught Physical Sciences and Maths for two years during which he was afforded the opportunity to attend several Teaching as Leadership and Classroom management courses. He rekindled and was actively involved in various projects such as Olympiads and Expos in a quest to expose learners to the wider scientific arena.

Making a difference in a learners’ life and the community are the main reasons he became part of the education sector. He joined the PSP family in 2012 to continue with his pursuit to provide the best support for teachers.

During his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, also loves going for movies with friends as well as an ardent music aficionado.
